Baked Vidalia Onion Dip image

Freshly chopped Vidalia onions give this creamy, Swiss cheesy baked dip its awesome flavor. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then go out there and wow the crowd.

1 large Vidalia onion, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • Combine all ingredients except Parmesan.
  • Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake 45 min. or until heated through.
