Baked Potato Toppings image

These toppings sure makes a nice change from plain old sour cream and bacon bits.You can use regular, light, fat free, or calorie reduced mayonnaise.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup refried beans
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup ham, diced
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup pepperoni, finely chopped
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli (I use partially cooked fresh broccoli to give it more crunch)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Pick whichever topping you want to use and combine all ingredients.
  • Top baked potato with topping.
  • Could even throw under broiler for a few minutes if desired.
