Baked Parmesan Cod image

I just love this recipe for my baked fish , I use Cod fillets it comes out so tender and is flavorful. This works with any kind of fish.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 fillets of cod (fresh or frozen)
1/3 c mayonnaise
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese ; grated
2 Tbsp sliced green onions or chives
1/2 tsp lea & perrins white wine worcestershire marinade

Steps:

  • 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
  • 2. In a small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients ( except the fish ) and mix well until smooth.
  • 3. Slather the mixture all around the fillets and place in a grease a 9x9 baking dish ; spread any remaining mixture on top of fish.
  • 4. Bake uncovered @ 450° for 12-15 minutes.
