Stuffed Blue Cheese Burgers with Bacon image

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles, divided
1 red onion, cut into thin slices
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Cracked Pepper Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
4 hamburger buns, split, toasted
1 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, halved

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Spoon 1 Tbsp. blue cheese onto center of each of 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  • Brush onion slices with dressing. Grill patties and onions 5 to 6 min. on each side or until patties are done (160°F).
  • Mix mayo and remaining blue cheese; spread onto cut surfaces of buns. Fill buns with burgers, onions, spinach and bacon.
