Baked Lemon-Garlic Salmon image

If you like your baked salmon to be peppery, garlicky and super-lemony, meet your new favorite salmon recipe.

1/4 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb.)
1 lemon, sliced

Steps:

  • Combine dressing, lemon juice and garlic; pour 1/4 cup over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of fish with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish, skin side down, in13x9-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish; top with lemon slices.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
