GLAZED SNOW PEAS image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons chicken stock
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 pound snow peas, or about 3 cups.

Steps:

  • 1. Place everything but snow peas in a shallow, wide sauté pan over medium-high heat. Stir and bring to a boil. 2. Add snow peas, toss to coat and stir occasionally just until peas are cooked, about 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
