4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
4 oz. goat cheese
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh basil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese, goat cheese and rosemary until blended. Press into 3-inch round between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat oil in small saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 sec. Stir in tomato sauce; bring just to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Pour into shallow baking dish; place cheese round in center of sauce.
  • Bake 15 min. or until cheese is heated through. Sprinkle with basil.
