Steps:
- Wrap uncooked brie in pastry - roll out one piece of puff pastry in a round to place under the wheel of brie - before placing brie on rolled out circle of pastry, place nuts and brown sugar and then place brie on top (this will be the top side) Fold up sides of pastry to meet brie - roll second piece of pastry and place second circle on top of brie. Fold the pieces of pastry to meet each other around the sides of the brie You can use an egg wash to seal the sides and make the pastry golden. Once sealed,flip over so nut and sugar side is on top Either wrap to freeze until use or place on baking sheet in 400* oven for 1/2 hr or until golden and slightly bubbly (watch that it does not over cook and ooze) Serve immediately with crackers or bread....
