Baked Beanies & Weenies image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 (16-ounce) cans pork & beans
6 hot dogs
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Pour beans into a lightly greased shallow 11"x8" baking pan. Slash hot dogs diagonally and arrange on top of beans, cut-side up. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; spread over hot dogs. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Tip: Stir up a pitcher of pink lemonade for a casual meal. Combine 3 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves and add a little maraschino cherry juice to tint it pink. Serve over ice.
