Bagna Cauda image

Warm dip for roasted vegetables or crusty bread. From Food Network. Anchovies are optional.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup(s) olive oil
8 clove(s) garlic, minced
6 - anchovies
1 pinch(es) chili flakes
- salt and pepper
1 tablespoon(s) parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat pan and add olive oil. Add garlic and decrease heat to low. Add anchovies. Cook until garlic is brown and anchovies dissolve, about 5 minutes. Add chili flakes, salt and pepper, and more olive oil to taste.
  • To serve, heat in fondue pot and add parsley flakes.
