Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Lay almonds on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly toasted. Stuff an almond in each date. Cut bacon and wrap around each date. Place on cookie sheet and bake until bottoms are crisp, about 20-25 minutes. In a small skillet, heat olive oil and saute shallots and chile over low heat for 8 minutes until carmelized. Let them cool a bit and then scrape into a food processor. Add the olives, parsley, vinegar and 1/2 cup oil. Puree until totally smooth.
