8 ounces finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1/2 cup oscar mayer bacon bits
60 triscuit thin crisps crackers

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except crackers Place crackers on cookie sheet.
  • Top with about 1 tsp.
  • cheese mixture.
  • Broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Garnish with chopped red and green pepper, if desired.
