Bacon Brunch Kabobs image

Brunch is always a good time, but these sweet and savory Bacon Brunch Kabobs with fruit will make it even better.

8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, partially cooked, drained
2 small bananas, cut into 16 (3/4-inch slices)
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
16 small strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Weave bacon slices onto 8-inch skewers alternately with fruit.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle generously onto kabobs.
  • Place on broiler pan. Bake 15 min. or until bacon is browned, turning once.
