AWESOME "MOCK" HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
This sauce is absolutely wonderful on steamed broccoli. You won't miss traditional hollandaise. You may want to double this recipe.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and cook on medium until cream cheese melts and ingredients are well mixed.
- Turn burner to low to keep warm. Serve over steamed broccoli.
