Avocado and Mango Milkshake image

Drink this delicious shake right away before the avocado oxidizes and turns brown.

1 avocado, pitted and peeled
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
1 pint low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 to 3/4 cup low-fat milk

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredientsin a blenderand puree until smooth,adding more milk tothin, if desired.
