Aunt Mildreds Italian Meatballs image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 pounds Ground Pork
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
4 pieces Eggs
1 cup Romano Cheese
2 tablespoons Oregano
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt - 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Water

Steps:

  • 1. Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Use 1/4 cup meat mixture and roll into balls.
  • 2. Bake at 350- 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Cook in red sauce for 30 minutes or more.
