ASPARAGUS SALMON QUICHE image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
4 medium green onions, sliced (can also use shallots)
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese (6 ounces)
6 ounces salmon
1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh basil (1/2 teaspoon dried)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 ounces cream cheese cut into 1/4 inch cubes

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Grease 9 inch pie plate Sprinkle asparagus, onions, cream cheese and salmon in pie plate Stir remaining ingredients until blended and pour into pie plate Bake 30-35 minutes Cool 5 minutes
