ASPARAGUS, GOAT CHEESE ANDPROSCIUTTO PIZZA image

1 tbs evvo plus more for drizzling
1 red onion thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Dough for 12" pizza
Cornmeal for dusting
1/4 lb goar cheese crumbled
6 asparagus spears ends trimmed , spears cooked until tender and cut into 2" pieces
2 Tabsp freshly grated Parmigliano REggiano Cheese
1 tbs chopped fresh oregano
4-6 paper thin slices prosciutto

Steps:

  • Please a cast iron pizza pan in oven preheat to 450 Degrees In a saute pan over med heat warm 1 tbls oil Add onion cook stirring occasionally until tender abour 5 minsa. Season with salt and pepper transfer onion to bowl Roll out dough nto a 12 " round Lightly dust a baking peel with cornmeal lay dough on top Scatter goat cheese over onion Scatter asparagus on top and season with salt and peppe Sprinkle with parmiggino regiano and hald of the oregano SLide pizza into preheated overn Bake until bottom of crust is brown cheese is bubbly abotu 15 mins Remove from oven arrange prosciuto on top sprinkle with remaining oregano and drizzle with a little oil Let cool 5 mins before serving
