Steps:
- 1. In a wok or large skillet, stir-fry beef, onion, garlic, salt & pepper in oil for 3-5 minutes; remove & keep warm.
- 2. In the same pan, stir-fry asparagus & mushrooms in butter until asparagus in tender. Return beef mixture to the pan. Stir in soy sauce & lemon juice; heat through. Serve with rice or noodles.
