BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE (GROUND BEEF) image

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced parsley
2 cans (14.5 ounces each) tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
8 ounces noodles
12 ounces shredded mild Cheddar or American cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in olive oil; remove with slotted spoon and drain off all but 2 tablespoons fat. Add onion to fat and sauté until tender. Add parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce, seasonings, and ground beef.
