Steps:
- 1. cook pasta according to package directions 2. heat oil in skillet, add onions and carrots and saute until tender. add garlic, ginger, and sprouts and saute another minute. 3. toss together veggie saute, spinach, and pasta. hot pasta will cause spinach to wilt. 4. combine remaining ingredients and dress pasta. serve chilled.
