Artichoke Italian Pasta Salad image

I got this recipe from a good friend years ago and the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes make this salad very tasty.

Number Of Ingredients 9

8 ounce(s) spaghetti pasta ; cooked and drained
1/2 cup(s) roasted or sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup(s) canned artichoke hearts ; drained
1/4 cup(s) kalamata (greek) olives ; sliced
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup(s) light olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) honey
1 package(s) zesty italian dressing mix

Steps:

  • For the sauce : Mix the mayonnaise , vinegar , olive oil , honey together until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the pasta , olives , artichokes , and the olives in a large mixing bowl and pour dressing on top and mix throughly.
  • Can be served immediately or chilled.
