APRICOT BLUEBERRY CRISP image

2 C. Apricots
2 C. Blueberries
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter, cut in pieces
1 C. Flour
3 C. Oats, (not instant)
1 C coarsely chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Place berries in 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Blend sugar & butter. Stir in flour. Mix in oats until batter is clumped together. Scatter over berries and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake for 35 minutes.
