Apricot and Almond Clusters image

This is one of those recipes that you like to have on hand because it doesn't take any time or effort to make and they are so delicious. I hope you will enjoy as much as I love sharing it with you.

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 ounce(s) semi sweet chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tablespoon(s) honey
2/3 cup(s) no soak, dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup(s) blanched almonds, chopped

Steps:

  • Place the chocolate and honey in a bowl and set over a pan of gently simmering water until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the apricots and almonds.
  • Drop teaspoonfuls into mini muffin cups and let set for 2 to 4 hours, or until firm.
