Number Of Ingredients 7

2 c rhubarb, chopped
2 c apple pie filling
1 c sugar
1 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
1 box white cake mix
1 1/2 c water
1/2 c butter, sliced into small pieces

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  • 2. Spread rhubarb into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Top with apple pie filling.
  • 3. Mix together the sugar and jello.
  • 4. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top of the rhubarb apple pie mix.
  • 5. Top with dry white cake mix, then pour over the water and dot with butter.
  • 6. Bake for 50 minutes. Let it sit for an hour before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
