1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
6 cinnamon sticks
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 liter Everclear alcohol

Steps:

  • Mix first five ingredients in a large pot and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cool completely, and add 1 liter bottle of Everclear alcohol.
