Apple Marshmallow Pie image

This is a very good pie. It will dissappear as soon as it hits the table and or they will want the recipe for themselves. Enjoy !!!

5-6 medium granny smith apples or your choice of apples
20 small marshmallows, mini
1/2 c water
1/2 c sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/4 c butter or margrine
1 9 inch all ready made pie crust
1 medium container of cool whip

Steps:

  • 1. Put first 6 ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer 5 mins or till apples are tender and marshmallows are melted, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and pour into pie crust shell. Cool and top with cool whip...
