APPLE LIME COOLERS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

Juice of 6 limes
2 cups simples syrup (below), chilled
1 1/2 cups white rum *
1 to 2 green apples, cored and thinly slices
1 to 2 limes, thinly sliced
Simple Syrup: 2 Cups water, 2 Cups Sugar
For a nonalcoholic version substitute chilled apple juice for the white rum and simple syrup

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher or jar, mix lime juice, simple syrup, rum, apples, and lime slices; add ice. Stir. Serve in drinking glasses topped off with club soda.
