Hubby subtly hinted that he'd love a pot of these meatballs for work this week. They're great for any party and use ingredients most have in their pantry. I love the fact that they're finished off in the slow cooker. Makes for tender flavorful meatballs. My husband loves them served over rice. Try them for your next tailgate...

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, gently mix meat with remaining ingredients. Don't over mix, just until combined. 2 Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Using my 1 inch cookie scoop, I arranged meatballs on 2 cookie sheets.
- 2. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until firm to touch and browning. Place cooked meatballs into a small Crock pot.
- 3. In a medium bowl, whisk the sauce ingredients together. Pour sauce over meatballs and com on low for 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I usually start them on high, for the first 30 minutes.
- 4. Serve as desired. They are great served with tooth pucks as an appetizer or serve over rice. Enjoy!
