Steps:
- wash chicken in egg mixture then dip into panko. Saute on med high in 1Tbs butter and 1 Tbs olive oil until almost cooked and browned on both sides. Transfer chicken onto serving platter and place into 350 degree oven. In sauce pan saute mushrooms in butter and delgalze pan with white wine adding small amounts at a time. Add garlic and dijon mustard. Deglaze the pan some more with the wine. Add capers and artichokes cook for 1 to 2 more minutes. Add creme fresch and lemon zest and lemon juice bring to a slow boil and add flat leaf parsley and green onion. Boil angel hair pasta and spoon sauce onto pasta then place chicken breast on top.
