Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and stevias well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix almond flour with baking powder, and then add a little at a time to the egg mixture, beating as you do so. Add lemon and vanilla extracts. 2. Pour mixture into a greased, 9-in square pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. For a creamier cake, use 1 stick of butter and ½ cup of softened, full fat cream cheese.
