Number Of Ingredients 9

2 15-oz cans blk beans,drained
2 14 1/2oz cans stewed tomato
2 14oz cans veggie broth
1 15 1/2oz can corn, rinsed
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans
2 cups diced red potatoes
2 cups green beans
1 cup salsa
sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. In a slow cooper, combine blk beans, undrained tomatoes, broth, corn, garbanzo beans, potatoes, green beans, and salsa 2. Cover, cook on low heat for 9-11 hours or on high heat for 4 1/2-5 1/2 hrs, serve w/sour cream, makes 12 servings
