What makes this meat loaf recipe special is the addition of horseradish to both the meat and the glaze. I am a big fan of horseradish, so the only thing that would make this dish better would be MORE of it! Otherwise, always remember "Just A Pinch".

- 1. Combine meat and all other ingredients and put into a vegetable oil sprayed pan.
- 2. Mix glaze ingredients.
- 3. Pour glaze over.
- 4. Bake for 1 1/4 hours. 350 degrees
