Time 25m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 stick cinnamon
1 glass sugar
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 glass whole milk (raw farm milk is better)
1/2 glass heavy cream
3/4 glass of 100% proof alcohol
1/4 glass rum

Steps:

  • 1. Preparation Cook the milk with the stick of vanilla and let it cool. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until smooth and creamy. Slowly pour the alcohol into the egg yolks cream and stir. Note: If you are doing it in the blender, you put the egg yolks with the sugar in first, mix until smooth and creamy and almost buttery yellow, (I only use eggs I buy from a local farmer, so my egg yolks are always almost orange) add the alcohol slowly while mixing, (the 100% proof first, then rum or vodka) mix for abt 1 min and slowly add the cooled milk flavored with vanilla. Pour into bottles and store in the refrigerator Polish-Polski Sposób przygotowania Mleko zagotować z laską wanilii, wyciągnąć wanilię i wystudzic. Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem, a gdy się cukier rozpuści ubijać trzepaczką lub miksować. Powoli wlewać alkohol (spiritus pierwszy, potem slabszy alkohol) i mieszać dokładnie. Przelać do butelek i wstawic do lodowki. Mozna posypac czekolada lub udekorowac bita smietana i owocami :)
  • 2. I love serving it as a smoothie, mixed with crushed ice. Depending on my mood, sometimes I use chocolate vodka or coffee vodka and add a few tsps of home made essence of chocolate, or coffee (just very very strong) I recently used orange rum and I loved it too. Decorate with whipped cream and slices of orange... or mango, yummm.
  • 3. Sometimes I just sprinkle grated chocolate on top, or some fruit for decoration :D Play with it, dress it up as your taste buds guide you :) Enjoy
