Steps:
- 1. Brown ground beef in large saucepan, stirring until crumbly; drain.
- 2. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Add tomatoes and beans.
- 4. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
- 5. Add chili seasoning, chili powder and pepper juice.
- 6. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- 7. Stir in vinegar to bring out the flavor of the spices just before serving.
