7 Up Pound Cake Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

st Step:
3 cups sugar
3 cups cake flour
5 eggs
1 cup 7 Up
1 lb. butter
2 tbsp. lemon flavoring
nd Step:
Glaze:
3/4 box powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

Steps:

  • 1st Step: Melt butter. Add sugar and eggs. Beat. Add half of cake flour. Add ½ of 7 Up. Add flavoring. Add remaining flour and 7 Up and pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 2nd Step: Mix sugar and lemon juice. Pour over cake while hot.
