5-Minute Szechuan Sauce image

This 5-Minute Szechuan Sauce is quick and easy to prepare, and perfect as a stir-fry or dipping sauce. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to taste.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until combined. Taste, and adjust seasonings as needed.Use immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
