4 Layer Delight image

This is a family favorite and so yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 17

1ST LAYER
1 stick butter, melted
1 c flour
1/2 c pecans, in pieces
2ND LAYER
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 c cool whip
3RD LAYER
4 1/2 oz instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c cold milk
4TH LAYER
4 1/2 oz instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c cold milk
TOPPING
8 oz cool whip
1/2 c chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. 1st Layer: Mix together,pat into bottom of pan 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees no longer than 15 minutes.(Crust won't be brown).Let cool.
  • 2. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip till smooth. Spread on cooled crust.
  • 3. Mix pistachio pudding and milk together & spread on cream cheese layer.
  • 4. Mix vanilla pudding and milk together & spread on pistachio layer.
  • 5. Spread Cool Whip over Vanilla layer. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate.
