1/4 cup raspberries, plus a few more, for garnish
2 ounces gin
1 ounce lime juice, plus 1 slice lime, for garnish
4 ounces tonic

Steps:

  • Add the raspberries, gin and lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake to blend. Strain over a glass with ice, add the tonic and stir. Add a few whole raspberries and a slice of lime.

6 tablespoons fresh raspberries (about 10 raspberries)
1/2 teaspoon Truvia natural sweetener
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice cubes
6 tablespoons gin
Tonic water, to fill
1 lime wedge, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place a small fine strainer over a highball glass. Press raspberries through the strainer into glass; discard solids. Add truvia and lime juice; stir to dissolve. Add ice cubes to glass. Add gin and tonic water; stir to combine. Serve garnished with a lime wedge.
