This is great for the summertime! Tangy and sweet! From a recipe book called Sangria. The recipe calls for Lemoncello for the liqueur but Zaar does not recognize it.

1 cup raspberries
1 lemon, zest of
3 fluid ounces pink lemonade
2 fluid ounces lemon-flavored liqueur
1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine
3 cups ice cubes

Steps:

  • In a large glass pitcher, mix together the raspberries, lemon zest, lemonade and Lemoncello. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • When ready to serve, slowly add the sparkling wine, stir gently.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and slowly pour sangria over the ice, allowing raspberries to fall into the glasses.

Here's what you need: rainbow sherbet, fresh raspberry, fruit punch concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, vodka, ginger ale, champagne, fresh mint

rainbow sherbet, to taste
fresh raspberry, for pitcher and sherbet
6 oz fruit punch concentrate, thawed, half can
6 oz pink lemonade concentrate, or raspberry lemonade, thawed, half can
1 cup vodka
5 cups ginger ale, chilled
1 bottle champagne, chilled
fresh mint, optional

Steps:

  • Using cupcake liners in a muffin tin, fill each with four to five raspberries.
  • Top with a scoop of rainbow sherbet. Freeze until ready to serve (best if frozen for at least two hours).
  • In a large pitcher, mix together the juice concentrates, raspberries, and vodka.
  • Just before serving, mix in the ginger ale.
  • Remove a sherbet scoop from the cupcake liner and place in a large mug.
  • Fill halfway with punch.
  • Finish with champagne. Garnish with fresh mint.
  • Enjoy!

1 cup strawberry, hulled and thinly sliced
1 cup orange, plus more for garnish
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup peach schnapps
2 cups orange sparkling water
1 bottle champagne
1 qt orange sorbert

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the strawberries, orange slices, pineapples, peach schnapps, and sparkling water. Stir and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, remove the pitcher from the refrigerator and add the champagne. Gently stir to combine.

1 cup blackberry
1 cup raspberry
1 cup blueberry
1 bottle brut rosé
½ cup triple sec
2 cups lemon-lime soda
1 qt blackberry sorbet

Steps:

  • In a large pitcher, combine the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, brut rosé, and triple sec. Stir and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, remove the pitcher from the refrigerator and add the lemon lime soda. Gently stir to combine.
