RASPBERRY MARSHMALLOW BREAD (ABM)
I haven't tried this breadmaker recipe yet but it sounds really interesting. Bake time is however long it takes your breadmaker. *UPDATE*: After talking with the first reviewer I have changed amounts and procedure in this recipe. I think this will yield a tasty but more trouble free bread. Thanks Jan for your input.

Steps:
- Place the ingredients (except the raspberries) into the pan in the order suggested by the manufactuer.
- Select white bread and push "Start.".
- Add the reserved, frozen raspberries (1 cup) and marshmallows when the breadmaker "beeps" at the addition point.

RASPBERRY BREAD
This is a wonderful bread machine recipe that I made up when my husband accidentally bought a lot of extra yogurt that needed to be used up. The flavor of yogurt can be changed to match your personal preference.

Steps:
- Layer yogurt, vanilla extract, canola oil, bread flour, salt, sugar, and yeast into a bread machine in the order recommended by manufacturer's instructions.
- Set the machine to basic cycle for a 2-pound loaf. Add water in 1-teaspoon increments if dough is too dry after first kneading period.
- Cool finished bread on a wire rack for 20 minutes before slicing.

I've written the directions for bread machines that have a jam cycle. Recipe is from CD Kitchen. Strawberry or blueberry could be substituted for the strawberry.

Steps:
- Cut up the fruit. Pour into bread pan.
- Add sugar. You can add less, but don't add more than 1 3/4 cups. Add to bread pan.
- Place pan into bread machine and select the jam cycle.
- When machine is finished, remove bread pan from machine and allow to cool.
- Pour jam into jars, seal tightly and store in the refrigerator.
