RAMEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
This is an easy casserole and very quick to make. This recipe can easily be increased for a last minute get together. Add a salad and you have a great dinner.

Steps:
- Brown Hamburger and onion, then add flavoring packets from ramen noodles and simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Add the water and the tomatoes and bring to a boil.
- Then add ramen noodles and cook for about 4 minutes more.
- Pour into a casserole dish (I always SPAM it first) and cover with sliced Velveeta cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350° or until cheese is melted.

BEEF RAMEN NOODLE CASSEROLE

Steps:
- 1. Brown ground chuck, drain. Boil water for noodles, when boiling add ramen noodles, cook until done. Add ramen noodle sauces from pkgs. stir well. Add ground chuck, let simmer in broth about 5 minutes, drain off broth. Add cream mushroom soup to noodles and ground chuck mixture. Stir. Simmer 5 minutes, stir consistentely, add mushrooms. Enjoy.

Steps:
- Cook vegetables in 1 1/2 cups water until crisp-tender.
- Break up noodles and add along with the enclosed flavor pack.
- Add water chestnuts.
- Allow noodles to absorb water.
- Top with cheese and warm until melted.
- Serve hot!

RAMEN NOODLE CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Boil ramen noodles until cooked, drain, set aside (do not add seasoning).
- In skillet, combine butter, mushrooms and chicken. Sautee until chicken is browned. Add water, and seasoning packets from noodles. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and place in casserole dish. Add sour cream to casserole dish, mix. Add noodles and steamed broccoli to casserole dish, toss until everything is evenly coated. Cover with bread crumbs and slices of cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
