1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 carton (8 ounces) French onion dip
1 envelope reduced-sodium taco seasoning
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
Sliced ripe olives, drained, optional
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, onion dip and taco seasoning until blended. Spread onto a 12-in. round serving platter. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and if desired, olives. Serve with tortilla chips.

¾ teaspoon taco seasoning mix
⅓ cup salsa
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

  • In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, taco seasoning mix and salsa. Spread the mixture into a shallow serving dish or an 8 inch baking pan. Top with Cheddar cheese. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour before serving.

I received this recipe from a friend of my sister's. It's so easy and delicious! Everytime I make it, it's always a hit. Great for get-togethers or even on the side with a taco dinner.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 can chili with beans (I prefer Hormel)
1 (16 ounce) package shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend (or any type of shredded cheese you prefer)

Steps:

  • In a deep casserole dish or pie plate, spread cream cheese on bottom with spoon.
  • Spread chili on top of cream cheese layer.
  • Spread shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese on top is completely melted.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Let dip settle for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

  • Spread cream cheese in layer on a dinner plate. Pour salsa over top of cream cheese and spread. Spread cheese. Spread small pieces of lettuce to cover entire dish.
  • Cut up tomato into bite-sized pieces, putting randomly on top of the lettuce.

1 -1 1/2 cup chopped lettuce
2 chopped roma tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped black olives
3 chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or 1 cup cheddar and 1 cup monteray jack)
taco chips

Steps:

  • Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning together until well mixed and creamy.

1 package taco seasoning
One 7.5oz can tomato sauce

  • Using a large skillet brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Combine browned beef and all other ingredients in skillet on medium heat. DO NOT BOIL. Stir frequently until cream cheese is melted. Best served in a crock pot on warm or straight from pan on low heat. Great with any kind of tortilla chips.
