1 lb shrimp, precooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup celery, celery (fresh)
2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Peel and devein shrimp (if necessary); cut in half.
  • Combine well with remaining ingredients.
  • Chill mixture for 1 hour.

14 ounces frozen salad shrimp
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 dash garlic salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced fine
1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
Old Bay Seasoning (optional)

Steps:

  • Thaw shrimp and chop, if desired.
  • Mix mayo, ketchup, garlic salt and Worcestershire-makes a pink sauce.
  • Stir shrimp, pink sauce, and bell pepper together. Season to taste with Tabasco and Old Bay.
  • Serve in tomato halves or on a croissant.

A quick and easy 6-ingredient pasta salad that is perfect for workplace potluck or family dinner. Best served chilled.

1 (12 ounce) box tri-colored rotini pasta
3 cups shrimp, cooked
3 stalks green onions, finely chopped
3 roma tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup newman's own light Italian dressing
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • Cook the pasta until it is Al Dente (follow directions on the box), drain and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the shrimp, diced tomatoes, and green onions to the pasta while it is still hot. Pour in a little bit of the Italian dressing, sprinkle in some salt, and mix gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Repeat another layer of Italian dressing and salt as desired, and mix the ingredients gently.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before serving.
