I started making guacamole this way after eating at one of my student's mom's restaurant. I absolutely loved her guacamole, so I tried to recreate it.

2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
½ lime, juiced

Steps:

  • Combine avocado, green onion, cilantro, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl; mash with a spoon or potato masher until mostly smooth with small chunks.

1 tsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp onions, chopped white
1 tsp lime juice, optional
1 bag(s) corn chips

  • 1. Mix ingredients in bowl and serve with corn chips.

Got this recipe from a co-worker, introduced it to my family and couldn't stop eating it! This is a quick and easy way to make yummy guacamole enjoy ;O)

6 Hass avocadoes
1 cup salsa (mild)
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/2 tablespoon salt

Steps:

  • Using a big bowl, cut six avodcadoes and mash them up.
  • add in 1 cup of salsa and mix both ingrediants.
  • once mixed, add in garlic salt and salt.
  • season to taste.
