1 can pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon sage
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
1 large green onion, finely chopped

Steps:

  • cook pumpkin, chicken stock and sage in large saucepan, stirring frequently, until comes to a boil.
  • stir in evaporated milk and cheese.
  • reduce heat to low; cook, stirring frequently, until most of cheese is melted.
  • sprinkle with green onion beofre servin.
  • season with ground black pepper.

1 can (15 oz) Libby 100% Pure Pumpkin
1 1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons Instant Chicken Bouillon
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 can (12 fluid ounces) Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 large green onion, finely chopped.

Steps:

  • Cook pumpkin, water, bouillon and sage in large suacepan, stirring frequently, til mixture comes to boil. Stir in evaporated mild, and cheese. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring frequently, til most of cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions before serving. Season with ground black pepper.
