CARAMELIZED PERSIMMONS WITH PROSCIUTTO
Give persimmons the creme brulee treatment with a touch of sugar and the kitchen torch, then top with prosciutto for a lovely fall appetizer.

- Peel persimmon and remove leafy top. Cut into 12 wedges.
