PREACHERS CASSEROLE
Mom use to make this when we were growing up , I love this casserole. You will either Love this or Hate it.

Steps:
- 1. Fry the hamburger and drain off grease.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients EXCEPT cheese.
- 3. Pour into a greased baking dish and cover with shredded cheese.
- 4. Bake @ 350°F. for 30-45 minutes. Let set 5-10 minutes to set and cool down a bit before eating.
- 5. Serve with extra chinese noodles for crunch.
PREACHER'S DELIGHT
Moist and very good. Holes are poked in a sheet cake, and sweetened coconut milk and pineapple juice are poured over to soak in. Whipped topping is spread on after it cools.

Steps:
- Prepare and bake white cake mix according to package directions for a 9x13 inch pan. Remove cake from oven. While still hot, using a utility fork, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
- Mix cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk and pineapple juice together. Pour over the top of the hot cake. Let cake cool completely then frost with the whipped topping. Keep cake refrigerated

- Dump apple pie filling into crock-pot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut butter into dry cake mix and sprinkle over pie filling.
- Set at low setting for about 3 hours.

- 1. Brown ground beef, drain off grease and add diced onions and celery to pan and brown. Put in 2 1/2 quart casserole and add all other ingredients, except 1/4 cup noodles and mix well. Scatter rest of noodles on top and bake for 45 minutes.

- In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour (mixture will be crumbly). Stir in walnuts. Press into a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 14-16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. , For filling, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Carefully spread over crust. Top with peaches. , For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Gradually stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Spoon over peaches. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Dollop with remaining whipped topping.
