- Add Midori and apple juice and stir to blend.

BRUSCHETTE CON POMIDORI
Steps:
- Toast the bread slices on a baking sheet in the upper third of a preheated 500 degree oven for 5 minutes, or until they are golden. While the toasts are warm, brush both sides of the toast with the oil and rub them with the garlic. In a small bowl combine the tomatoes, the balsamic vinegar, the sugar, and salt and pepper to taste and top the toasts with the mixture. Serves 2.
