Steps:
- Pour 1 cup ginger beer into a blender; add strawberries and sugar and blend until strawberries are pureed. Pour puree into a pitcher or punch bowl and stir in remaining ginger beer.

- Fill 8 glasses with a mixture made up of strawberries, kiwi fruit and pineapple rings. Fill the glasses with equal amounts of chilled sparkling apple juice, chilled tropical fruit juice and chilled soda water. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Using a food processor or blender, process the strawberries, kiwifruit and mango until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving jug or carafe and add the wine and stir to combine.
- Set aside for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the bubbles to subside.
- Evenly pour among champagne flutes and serve immediately.
